Now Hiring: Classroom Aides - Behavioral Program (3 Openings) Pay Rate: $23/hour + Benefits We are currently seeking Classroom Aides to support students in an Intensive Behavioral Program within a school setting. These classroom-based roles support two behavior-focused classrooms serving students with high behavioral needs, including but not limited to hitting, biting, elopement, and property destruction. This position is ideal for candidates with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) experience who are passionate about working with students requiring structured behavioral support. While RBT certification is not required, prior experience working with children and managing behaviors is essential. You will work alongside a strong, collaborative team, including experienced teachers, internal Instructional Assistants (IAs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and a district Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
