Job Summary
The Instructional Designer partners with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to design and deliver engaging, effective learning solutions that strengthen culture and improve performance across the organization. Key Responsibilities
Design & Development
Partner with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and operations leaders to assess training needs and translate them into clear learning objectives and solutions

Qualifications
5-7 years of instructional design or related L&D experience
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Organizational Development, HR, or related field
Proficiency in Articulate 360 and familiarity with modern LMS platforms
Experience facilitating professional classroom or virtual training
Strong video production, editing, communication, and project management skills
