Credence has an upcoming need for an Acquisition IntelligenceAnalyst who will be primarily responsible for supporting Air Force Security Assistance and Cooperation Directorate Force Military Sales (AFSAC - FMS) at Wright Patterson Air Force Base, OH.
AFSAC (Air Force Foreign Military Sales) is a team that develops Air Force FMS cases to enable global coalitions and support priorities of the six geographic U.S. combatant commands. Their mission is to deliver airpower capabilities to strengthen international partnerships and advance national security
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below
Provide intelligence analytic/technical support to FMS acquisition programs, to include travel CONUS and OCONUS.
Partner with acquisition, intelligence, counterintelligence, and requirements communities to identify and resolve intelligence issues related to new and existing FMS cases.
Guide and provide Air Force FMS cases and programs/initiatives with high quality intelligence subject-matter expertise, detailed analysis, and technical intelligence support in multiple disciplines.
Managing the design, collection, collation, and reporting of the team's measures of effectiveness against the annual action plan/goals/objectives.
Accurately sourcing, reviewing, synthesizing, and aggregating classified information by searching known databases, existing intelligence reporting, and other organizational information to present timely and accurate classified data in a format consumable via a standardized product.
Reviewing and analyzing technical intelligence reporting and threat assessments.
Ensuring the team provides technical intelligence analysis feedback to information security cooperation stakeholders.
Providing support for secure video teleconferences and other methods of communication for security cooperation stakeholders, to include partner nations in other time zones.

Summary
Reports to the Social Development Director. 7. Conducts orientation and training on disciplinary system for staff and students. Reinforces the
importance of behavior management and Career Success Standards (CSS) by conducting oneon-one interviews with new enrollees and discussing any concerns.
8. Administers the incentives program to recognize and reward positive behavior or gains in career
pathways, in compliance with the PRH.
9. Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of peer leadership programs, collaborating with other
departments when necessary. Inspires students to become peer leaders who are actively
involved in the operation and standards of the center.
10. Collaborates with the safety and security teams to uphold and monitor standards of conduct and
center safety. Also collaborates with staff from residential living, health and wellness, counseling,
risk management, recreation, and other departments.

1. Extensive knowledge of a comprehensive range of intelligence research methods, techniques, and practices and advanced analytical principles, concepts, and methods used to identify and analyze complex multi-source intelligence information to produce detailed cyber intelligence capabilities and cyber threat assessments, identify cyber-related intelligence deficiencies, and advocate for customers cybersecurity requirements.
2. Extensive knowledge of acquisition and sustainment policy and guidance, and the role cyber intelligence plays throughout a weapon system's life cycle; acquisition and sustainment intelligence analysis mission and strategy; and the roles and responsibilities of field intelligence offices in support of DAF research laboratories, acquisition program offices, and life cycle management, nuclear, sustainment, and system testing enterprises.
3. Extensive knowledge of the intelligence cycle, intelligence policy and guidance, and the national intelligence community, Joint, DoD structure, organizations, and mission/functions, inter-relationships and operations-particularly as it pertains to cyber threat intelligence collection, analysis, and production.
4. Extensive knowledge of software development principles and processes as they relate to software development activities supporting acquisition and sustainment life cycles; to include an understanding of software development tools/systems and their associated vulnerabilities and susceptibility to insider or adversarial manipulation.
5. Comprehensive skill in conducting unbiased complex research, identifying appropriate available systems/data sources, and producing intelligence requirement assessments that answer specific tasks to link and leverage agency capabilities in support of customers' cyber threat and cyber risk management needs.
6. Expert skill in communicating effectively with others, both orally and in writing, in working out solutions to problems or questions related to the work, writing clear and concise intelligence products, and delivering written and/or verbal presentations to senior level audiences for decision-making purposes.
7. Expert ability to maintain control of classified material, quickly assimilate disparate data, render knowledgeable and accurate assessments of the implication of such data, and make decisions, estimates, and recommendations under conditions of urgency and pressure based on mature judgment and experience and present and/or defend a position effectively.

Summary
All Native Group is seeking a Counterintelligence Analyst to support the Office of Special Investigations (OSI), as part of a cross-functional Department of the Air Force (DAF) team responsible for counterintelligence support to technology transfer focus areas and collaborating with counterparts throughout the DoD and other government agencies. This position is onsite at Wright Patterson AFB, Dayton, OH.
Essential Functions
Provide analytical support to agents, DAF analytical divisions, and OSI leadership and federal law enforcement partners in support of related investigative and national security efforts. Identify trends and actions of intellectual property theft and technology transfer investigated by OSI and provide informational briefings outlining findings to facilitate the DAF efforts to disrupt, neutralize, or mitigate such theft/loss.
Perform analysis of OSI's counterintelligence investigations to identify patterns aiding in efforts to identify foreign intelligence and other adversarial threats to DAF and DOD programs. Present those findings to OSI leadership and other OSI customers as appropriate, both orally and in writing. When appropriate and/or necessary, author analysis in adherence to Director of National Intelligence established analytic tradecraft standards.
Support counterintelligence and technology transfer investigations and operations with focused analysis to evaluate the significance of the information collected, extract and further disseminate relevant threat information, identify investigative leads, assist case agents, and coordinate actions within the law enforcement, counterintelligence communities.
Identify access and threat vectors commonly exploited by foreign intelligence, or other adversaries, to target DAF/DOD programs and associated supply chains and provide briefings and other analytical products in support of the DAF's disruption, neutralization, and mitigation efforts.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as program managers, analysts, and other relevant parties to ensure that counterintelligence assessments are conducted in a timely and effective manner.
Establish and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all counterintelligence assessments and associated documentation.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices related to counterintelligence, FOCI, counterproliferation, technology transfer, cybersecurity, and regulatory risk.
Report recommendations and inputs to the OSI Technical Lead.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is full time position. Monday- Friday.
Travel
Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out of the area travel and overnight may be expected.
Experience
Must have at least five (5) years of experience with intelligence information and data collection, analysis, and integration with other all-source intelligence information, to include experience writing finished intelligence which adheres to DNI analytic tradecraft standards.
Must have at least three (5) years of experience working in the principles, concepts, and methodologies of intelligence analysis and research to include statistical methods; link, pattern, and timeline analysis; and database manipulation.
At least three (3) years of experience with collecting, evaluating and analyzing raw and processed intelligence reporting concerning threats to DoD technologies.
At least two (2) years of experience in analyzing threats to Research, Development, and Acquisition (RDA), Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM), technology transfer, or other technology focused subject.
Two (2) or more years of experience and judgment in planning and accomplishing work independently and/or part of a working group or team to provide time sensitive and quick responses to Requests for Information.
Must have at least one (1) year of demonstrated knowledge in the authorship of finished intelligence which adheres to Director of National Intelligence (DNI) analytic tradecraft standards.
Demonstrated ability to work from high-level, limited and evolving guidance to produce timely and effective results is highly desirable.
Experience with the OSI, Naval Criminal Investigative Services, Defense Intelligence Agency Office of Counterintelligence, federal law enforcement, or other counterintelligence unit is preferred.
Ability to work both independently and with personnel from multiple organizations.

The Sourcing Analyst is responsible for effectively managing the purchase order replenishment process. Provides support in the purchase of goods, materials, supplies and equipment used in day-to-day operations for defined plants/categories. Focus is on matching inventory levels with production needs for raw materials, packaging components, purchased finished goods, and/or equipment to deliver impeccable service while optimizing cost and inventory.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibility to source raw materials, packaging components, purchased finished goods, indirect services, and/or equipment.
Negotiation and bidding skill to purchases and establish contracts for critical materials from approved sources
Continuously develop critical suppliers and optimize supplier relationships to source product of the best quality at the optimum price at proper lead-times to meet customer requirements
KPI and scorecard execution with suppliers to ensure service and quality are met. Place purchase orders with suppliers, schedule deliveries, create bill of ladings (where applicable) as it pertains to purchasing
Analyze and set minimum stocking levels for critical raw, containers, finished goods, and/or equipment to minimize stock outs and product disruptions
Monitor inventory levels, adjust reorder points, min/max levels, and lead times to maximize production SIOP levels. Working closely with demand planning/forecasting to achieve highest possible accuracy
Purchase from approved/awarded suppliers to support production, chemical management programs, and/or equipment sales to satisfy minimum order points, production demands, and sales forecast
Follow, maintain and enforce procurement policies, support sourcing strategy execution with no miss.
Handle all claims, returns, feedbacks and bring them to a timely closure
Makes necessary adjustments to purchase orders to ensure proper inventory levels are maintained
Collaborate cross functionally and communicate regularly with Commercial, Manufacturing, Operations, Receiving, Warehousing, Planning, and Quality to ensure that expectations and constantly met
Develop material categorization strategy and create and execute contingency plans for high criticality materials
Monitor open purchase order report for proper closure
Runs materials related procurement and inventory reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
Relentless mindset to continuously strive to reduce total cost of procured goods and services
Business leadership to understand the big picture and agility to change when this is the best course of action
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of three-five years of job-related experience preferred.
3+ years in operational purchasing or relevant business experience such as supply chain, operations, project management, or finance.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and in a group setting.
Solid telephone and oral communication skills and ability to build strong working relationships.
