About the Role
Apex is looking for an experienced and motivated Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will lead a production team to meet quality, efficiency, and safety standards while driving continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.

About the Role

About the Role
Apex is seeking an experienced Spacecraft Quality Manager to lead and grow our production quality team. This role will lead both quality systems development and production quality operations, combining strategic quality management system implementation with hands-on leadership of production quality inspection teams. This role is critical in preparing our organization for AS9100 compliance auditing while ensuring flight-quality hardware meets the highest standards
Responsibilities:
• Lead cross-functional teams in support of AS9100 Quality Management Systems certification activities, including auditing, planning, implementing and maintaining processes and systems
• Develop and implement quality management system training and guidance for internal stakeholders to build policy, procedures and systems that meet business objectives
• Assess core business processes through internal audit to ensure conformance to company policies and procedures in accordance with ISO 9001/AS9100 standards and customer requirements
• Manage corrective and preventive action processes to correct nonconformances and drive continuous improvement of the management system
• Measure and monitor management system data and report to management on Quality System conformance status and improvement initiatives

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline, physics, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in aerospace, military, manufacturing, production, or testing environment, including 3+ years implementing, managing, or auditing quality management systems and 2+ years leading teams or projects
• Experience with AS9100 Quality Management Systems standard or ISO 9001
• Strong technical writing skills and ability to communicate effectively with management, technical teams, and all organizational levels
• Experience implementing core Quality Engineering principles and statistical process control methods
• Technical understanding of in-process, final quality inspection, and visual inspection methods
• Proven leadership experience guiding teams in creating and refining improvement ideas and executing results aligned to quality policies

About the Role
The Facility Security Officer will manage all of Apex's day-to-day security needs, and implement the industrial security program and all other special access programs as the company grows.
This position requires a proactive, self-starter who is technically proficient and able to thrive in a fast-pace, high-stakes environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Implement and manage all security programs in accordance with NISPOM requirements, all applicable DoD Manuals, Executive Orders, DD254s, and security classification guides
· Ensure the physical security of Apex's facilities and personnel
· Manage the company's facility clearance and all personnel security clearances, including DISS submissions
· Provide all required training to the company's cleared employees and OPSEC and CI training to all employees
· Support the design and construction of all secure areas in Apex facilities
· Lead and conduct self-inspections and support all required government security inspections and audits
· Create and update all company security policies and procedures
· Manage all day-to-day requirements for security operations including visitor control (U.S. and foreign visits and classified visits), international travel, and provide all relevant briefings to cleared and uncleared personnel
· Maintain all required Technology Control Plans
· Collaborate with all related functions including Legal, Export Compliance, Facilities, etc.
Qualifications:
· 5+ years of related experience
· FSO Certification
· Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
· Well-versed in ICD 705, TEMPEST, and DoD Directive 5205.07 Special Access Program (SAP)
· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to handle high-pressure situations

About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned spacecraft RF engineer to work on a closely integrated team who will drive the design of hardware and software to meet the telemetry requirements of our bus. You will have an opportunity to approach this from a clean sheet design and inform coupled trades across the vehicle architecture. You will be innovative in your approach to push the limits of design and performance, while disrupting and making an impact on the industry.
Responsibilities:x
Design and develop RF, digital, and optical satellite communications systems and spacecraft architectures
Define and verify space communication system requirements and interfaces Drive requirements for subcomponents and drive supplier down selection
Perform analyses and simulations for space communication systems, including: link budgeting, analysis, signal distortion, system capacity, reliability, and performance
Develop analysis tools using MATLAB and object-oriented software platforms
Develop and verify system algorithms that meet functional and performance requirements
Perform hardware procurement, integration, design reviews, and verification
Work closely with other engineers to achieve overall system requirements.
Work with payload customers to accommodate payload requirements.
Requirements:

About the Role
Apex is seeking a dynamic, organized, and driven Capture Manager to join our expanding team. About the Role
As Director of U.S. Intelligence Community (IC) Strategy, you'll shape how Apex partners with the U.S. Government to advance national security in space. You'll serve as the primary interface between Apex and the Intelligence Community, connecting government mission needs with our rapidly evolving satellite platform capabilities.
This high-impact role requires both strategic vision and hands-on execution. You'll influence government acquisition programs, build relationships with key decision-makers, and ensure Apex's product roadmap aligns with the priorities of the IC and broader national security ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
Define and execute Apex's strategy for engagement with the U.S. Intelligence Community, aligning Apex's satellite capabilities with mission requirements across intelligence and defense agencies.
Build and maintain senior-level relationships with acquisition offices, legislators, and IC leadership to shape program needs and establish Apex as a trusted industry partner.

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in business development, strategy, or program management within the U.S. Government or at an IC contractor.
Proven track record building partnerships with government customers, primes, and integrators in national security space markets.
Strong technical understanding of satellite systems, subsystems, and constellation architectures.
Deep familiarity with the U.S. space acquisition landscape.
Experience writing government proposals and program execution, including shaping requirements and capture strategy.
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment with shifting priorities and emerging opportunities.
Exceptional communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills across technical, business, and policy domains.

About the Role
We are seeking talented engineers to work closely with the broader engineering team for an exciting internship opportunity.
