The Family Intervention Specialist (FIS) provides intensive in-home services, using the evidence-based program, Family Centered Treatment, to help families prevent out of home placement through medical, legal and social systems. Enroll in Wheels of Change © at time of hire completing the first 4 units within 7 business days of hire. The first 4 units must be completed prior to serving clients. Training for each phase of training must be completed prior to providing services required in each phase. Receive additional training and support for continued education regarding high acuity cases.
