Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and exposure to social media
Knowledge of leasing software a plus including Yardi, Blue Moon, Entrata, Onesite, MRI, etc.
Ability to work weekends as required
