Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
Assist with the organization's fiscal activities, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing.
Works with the CEO and COO to ensure financing to support short- and long-term goals.
Perform account bookkeeping, reconciliations, and ensure the accuracy of financial data
Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
Assist with the interpretation of financial reports and provide analysis to management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and support decision-making processes
Participate in the month-end close process and ensure all deadlines are met
Contribute to the development and implementation of internal controls
Support the payroll department and ensure timely and accurate processing
Review time sheets, work charts, wage computations, and other information to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies.
Process quarterly payroll taxes in accordance with applicable Federal and State regulations
Experience:
- Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
- Strong knowledge of financial concepts, including budgeting, financial analysis, and financial report interpretation
-Familiarity with account reconciliation and GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
- Familiarity with CYMA accounting software is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Description
HIRING IMMEDIATELY
Interim HealthCare is looking for an experienced school nurse to join our staffing team. Flexible schedule and able to pick shifts based on availability. Schools include elementary, middle, and high schools. Shifts are Monday-Friday with various times depending on each school.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide health services to students when they are at school. For example, you'll treat injuries and and mild to acute sicknesses, or support students with chronic illnesses. You'll also help with preventive care by educating students on how to avoid communicable diseases and having proper hygiene. Must be comfortable with feeding tubes, trachs, and med administration.
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent organizational skills and the ability to communicate with children, their parents or guardians, and teachers. If you meet these requirements, and you also have a genuine interest in improving children's lives, we'd like to hear from you.
A few must-haves for Nurses:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program and active RN/LPN license in Missouri
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a medical facility
CPR certification

Requirements

Minimum of 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) OR be a CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN
Willing and able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s) to provide consistent care and build strong relationships
