The Building Official/Plan Reviewer serves as the Village's primary authority having jurisdiction for the administration and enforcement of adopted building, fire, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, property maintenance, and related municipal codes, and coordinates closely with the Community Development Director on departmental operations, policy implementation, and strategic initiatives. We Champion People. **JOB PURPOSE:** The Centralized Estimatics Reviewer partners with on-site Repair Planners and Customer Experience Representatives to help support each RO they are responsible for. This role is specialized to specific insurance carriers and ensures quality reviews and estimates that meet our partners' compliance standards. This position requires technical expertise in collision repair estimatics, can clearly communicate detailed repair processes, and serves as a subject matter expert for assigned insurance carriers. **Responsibilities** + **Conduct Virtual Estimates & Supplement Audits:** Review estimate accuracy by referencing claim facts of loss, photo documentation, and advisor reports for compliance. + **Partner with Location:** Communicate directly with Location Personnel to guide file accuracy prior to uploading to carriers.
