We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to support the order processing and material handling functions for Client's operations. This role involves performing various warehouse activities, including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and material storage. The successful candidate will ensure all operations are performed efficiently and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Support daily warehouse operations including order picking, packing, and shipping.
• Receive and put away manufactured products or raw materials.
• Unload trucks, verify quantities received, and record transactions in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Pick and pack customer orders accurately using computerized warehouse management systems.
• Perform cycle counts, assist with inventory control, and process materials for destruction as required.
• Follow all applicable regulatory guidelines (OSHA, FDA, DEA, etc.) and maintain compliance with company policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area daily.
• Ensure reliability by being on time and available for all scheduled shifts.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve warehouse goals and maintain operational efficiency.
• Demonstrate commitment to safety, quality, and integrity in all work processes.
Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience preferred.
• Experience using warehouse management or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, WMS).
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and maintain accurate documentation.
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards (OSHA, FDA, DEA) preferred.
• Must demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and a proactive attitude.
Physical Requirements

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned, as necessary.
1. Count Inventory (60%):
Run inventory report to review product on hand.
Setup cycle counts - go into JDE and select items to count (selected by last time counted or inventory movement) and create cycle count for it.
Go to floor and count inventory (finished good, raw materials and bulk) into selected items.
Input into the system via RFGen gun.
Review variances between system and counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.
Submit investigation finding to management for review.
2. Investigate Shipments (15%):
Investigate any shipment error (over or under shipments by reviewing inventory levels).
If inventory is off, perform cycle count for that item.
Reply to inquiries with details on investigation findings.
3. Monitor and investigate In-process transaction moves between locations within the plant (20%)
Correct as necessary utilizing cycle counts, transfers, inventory issue, etc.
Correct locations that are off by the Operators.
Complete daily transactions to remove damaged inventory from the Warehouse.
4. Coordinate annual physical inventory count (5%)
With the management team and plant employees who will assist.
Process counts as they are received and submit to management for review.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Inspection of product upon arrival, this will include physical inspection of the product, label quality verification, and ensuring product meets Company quality standards.
Inspecting and verifying products as directed.
Performing daily cycle and ad hoc counts, physical inventory counts as directed
Reconciling inventory discrepancies
Stacking, wrapping, labeling, sorting or repacking
Product put away and replenishments as needed.
Reallocation of product as directed by department management
Maintaining professional communication and interactions at all times.
Communication of any concerns with department management and partnership with QA as needed.
Capable of operating and knowing all GPD equipment.
Duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
Qualifications:
High School diploma, GED equivalency
Minimum of two (2) years of college preferred
Preferred three (3) years related experience in a distribution environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

What you'll do on a typical day:
* Maintain accurate inventory counts
* Ensure quality assurance processes and procedures are followed
* Perform product counts
* Stage materials within designated areas, as needed
* Operate all necessary warehouse equipment and tools
* Utilize a warehouse management system to maintain appropriate work documents
What you need to succeed at GXO:
At a minimum, you'll need:
* Experience with Microsoft Office
* Availability to work a flexible schedule with possible overtime, as needed
It'd be great if you also have:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* 1 year of experience in warehouse operations and/or inventory
* Ability to work independently and as a member of a team

* Lift up to 30 lbs. frequently and greater than 50 lbs. occasionally
