Conduct regular audits of the Surplus Materials Warehouse to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance with control standards. Ensure all material is counted, roll certifications are received for liner, and miscellaneous items are tracked. Deplete surplus material through the job requisition process to optimize inventory usage. Create purchase orders and process the receiving of items and/or services. Review invoices for accuracy and resolve discrepancies quickly and effectively. Resolve any issues with equipment vendors. Create job requisitions for Fleet, as needed. Order fleet shop supplies as requested. Manage the receiving and delivery of packages to the office. Create and update the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the Fleet Inventory Clerk position. Manage a high volume of telephone calls and inbound and outbound emails. Work safely and adhere to all safety and company policies, procedures, and standards. Attend scheduled meetings as assigned. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
