Set up and maintain inventory recording and control systems and facilitate/coordinate information and the movement of tools, equipment and shop supplies between organizations.
Analyze work in area, determine priorities and sequence work based on customer requirements.
Develop, update and implement processes and procedures for the area. Order and receive tools, equipment and supplies to support the shop.
Determine shop needs, make adjustments as necessary and log in receivals using various computer programs.
Store tools and supplies in an appropriate manner and in designated areas per toolroom procedures.
Verify that what is received is what was ordered, that the paperwork matches the supplies/tools and enter into the system.
Investigate any discrepancies and follow appropriate procedures for correction, repair, replacement and/or rejection.
Packing Slip Invoice (PSI). Number, label and/or assign a number to new tools using appropriate tools (e.g., aluminum tags, air pencils, electro-chemical etch).
Issue/route tools, supplies and safety equipment (e.g., safety glasses, dust masks, respirators) to shop personnel or tool room. Send used equipment out for refurbishment.
Maintain thorough inventory recording and control systems. Visually check tools for defects.

Maintain filing systems. Service satellite supply/tool areas (e.g., shadow boxes, drill cabinets, point-of-use areas).
Assign shadow box numbers and log in system. Ensure proper tools are kitted for the work order and machine per the Numerical Control (NC) Machine Document.
Order special cutters required by NC Documents. Operate mechanical lifts and other shop equipment to move material and tools.
Locate tools and equipment using delinquent tool reports, hold out notices, computer programs and investigative skills.
Route tools to small tool repair or calibration/certification (cal/cert) for testing and/or certification. Check and post cal/cert report and maintain, track and document certification of tools.
Prepare and maintain status information, manual logbooks, manifest sheets, tie-ins and other information.
Use and update computer systems to perform various job functions (e.g., add shippers, pull tool room orders, debit inventory, tool room credits, receive from outside vendors, ship orders to internal customers, check substitution codes, update and maintain user call contract information, print bar codes and labels).
Coordinate and work with other organizations (e.g., controllers, inspection, shop personnel, tool rooms, cal/cert) to supply customer needs, to expedite priority orders and/or to substitute orders per the substitution codes.
Follow up on requests from shop personnel. Troubleshoot/work customer problems. Input/transfer employee information into the tool room inventory management system.
Order and issue shop stamps for employees.
Check the contents of and clear toolboxes for employees per Boeing Security procedures.
Clean and seal oxygen kits (e.g., wrenches, torque wrenches, gloves) using chemicals (e.g., freon, Genesolv) and black lights. Use personal protective equipment.
Write Tool Grind Orders and maintain inventory of cutters in computer systems.
Apply protective coating, bag and box cutters for routing. Contact co-workers or supervisor when assistance is needed and/or when there are questions on process or job related issues.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Position Overview
As an Operations Specialist - Omni you'll be responsible for the operational execution within the Pet Care Center with specific focus on our Omni channel, through the lens of Petco's vision of "Healthier Pets. Happier People. Better World." You'll ensure the efficient execution of all Omni channel processes such as Ship from Store (SFS) operations to ensure consistency with product picking, packaging, & shipping in the Pet Care Center. This role is responsible for a reduction in time spent on SFS operations due to an increased familiarity and process efficiencies. You'll assist in the receiving of merchandise & supplies to and from the store and to ensure that all merchandise & supplies are accurately stocked, and provide guest service, as necessary. * Coordination with Pet Care Center/Field partners to ensure actual fixturing, floor plan setup, stocking and SFS equipment is completed according to plan and if changes are made that they are properly communicated.
* Communicate with the Pet Care Center Leaders upon completion of day on any remaining unfinished orders, SFS WIMR screen correction information for the Pet Care Center to complete at end of day.

Job Summary:

Position Summary
The Purchasing and Inventory Coordinator is responsible for managing purchasing and inventory control across Crabtree Brands' Restaurant, Café, Chocolate Shop, and Retail Liquor Store.
You'll ensure all departments have the products they need - that purchases are cost-effective, inventory levels are accurate, and product quality is maintained.
This role requires navigating multiple vendor platforms, monitoring shelf life and usage, and communicating cost and product information across departments. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable working with a range of systems and suppliers.

Key ResponsibilitiesPurchasing & Vendor Coordination
Place and track purchase orders for all departments across multiple supplier platforms.
Maintain vendor relationships and ensure timely, accurate deliveries.

Inventory Management
Track inventory levels for all product categories (retail, beverage, and kitchen).
Monitor product shelf life and ensure proper stock rotation to minimize waste.
Conduct routine counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Prepare and maintain accurate records of purchases, receipts, and usage.
Operational Support & Organization
Facilitate access to company resources for employees.
Maintain systems and processes for team access to high-quality ingredients and products.
Track and manage food waste to maximize value.
Support programs like Too Good To Go and food bank donations.
Identify ways to support the community within the scope of company operations.

Sales & Distribution Specialist - Part Time

As a Sales and Distribution Specialist Part Time, you will perform a variety of tasks and collaborate with other departments to ensure the delivery of excellent customer service. You will respond to customer requests for ORCA card and fare media products and services in person, over the phone, and online. You will also respond to customer lost & found inquiries and other comments, provide transit information, and distribute transit materials.
As a part-time employee you would be working a minimum of 20 hours a week and could be offered additional hours.
Essential Duties
* Process over-the-counter retail, telephone, online, and mail order sales of electronic fare media, transit passes, tickets, and permits. Process requests for refunds and maintain sales logs and inventory records. Prepare daily cash sales reports and reconcile cash drawer.
* Provide service to customers calling the ORCA regional call center including product sales, troubleshooting, and general information for Community Transit, Everett Transit, King County Metro, Kitsap Transit, Pierce Transit, Sound Transit, and Washington State Ferries.
* Receive and process lost and found articles. Answer customer inquiries regarding lost items.
* Reply to inquiries from the public regarding route and schedule information, fares, ORCA services, troubleshooting, transfer points, operation changes, policy and procedures, etc.
* Document, monitor, and resolve customer comments and complaints, service requests, commendations, surveys, and general transit inquiries.
* Create distribution routes. Determine placement of marketing materials and set up distribution routes both internally and externally. Determine outlet allocation, monitor usage, restock materials, and design kiosks and display racks for materials.
* Drive a company vehicle throughout Snohomish County to maintain and update existing Community Transit bus stop schedule posters and other transit information.
* Stock and warehouse consumer information and marketing materials, ensuring proper storage and security. Maintain and record stock inventory weekly to ensure adequate supply for the agency and distribution outlets. Inform the Lead or Assistant Manager of stock requirements.
* Assist customers at events and transit locations. Assist the Sales and Distribution Lead and the Assistant Manager with clerical and administrative tasks, as needed.
* Perform other duties of a similar nature or level, as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
* 2 years of customer service experience.
* Must possess a valid Washington State driver's license and maintain a good driving record (no more than 2 moving violations and/or accidents within the last 3 years).
* Must be able to work varied hours and days of the week. This includes weekdays, nights, weekends, and holidays.
* Ability to maintain regular and reliable attendance.
* Ability to work in all weather conditions.
An equivalent combination of education and experience to successfully perform the job duties is also accepted.
Knowledge Requirements
