Ability to operate the Retail Pro system.
Assists Retail Manager with all merchandise credits and returns.
Receives all secured items of the retail store.

Responsible for counting and sorting and/or weighs incoming merchandise to verify receipt of items on requisitions or invoices.
Responsible for scanning bar codes for all inventory.
Stamps, marks, and tags Windfall merchandise.
Responsible for the completion of the receiving log for non-inventory products.
Responsible for picking, stacking, and unloading received goods and merchandise.
Operates pallet jacks and or uses hand trucks and/or industrial trucks to move, convey, or hoist shipments from receiving area to storage or work area.

Enters Purchase Order receiving information into Retail Pro and forwards on to Manager.
Participates and assists in month end inventories.
Assists in the disposition of surplus/damaged equipment for sale or disposal.

Ensure all equipment and facilities are properly maintained and in a clean and orderly fashion in accordance with Kalispel standards.
Ensure all products are rotated, as necessary.
Responsible for all Fed Ex and UPS deliveries.
Responsible for printing PO's and tracking tickets from Retail Pro.
Responsible for merchandise pickups and deliveries around the Spokane metro area.
Ensures control and protection of all Windfall assets.
Ensures that highest possible standards of guest satisfaction and Team Member relations are maintained and carried out in a positive manner.

Available and willing to work nights, weekends holidays and on-call as required.

What You Will Do:
Caterpillar's Product Support and Logistics Division (PSLD) is seeking talented Warehouse Associates at our Spokane Distribution Center located at 9610 W. Hallett Road, Spokane, WA 99224.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Safely perform the material handling and warehousing processes required in the receiving, processing, storing, moving, packing, and shipping of parts, materials, equipment, and supplies.
Operate handheld scanner to access and update information for receiving, counting and order processing.
Willingness to be trained on and operate order pickers, reach trucks, sit-down forklifts, and overhead hoists. Keep in mind, not all available positions operate equipment.
Report defects and need for repairs.
Utilize pneumatic tools and/or power tools to build and construct wooden shipping containers.
Utilize tools for the application of paint and rust preventative.
Perform housekeeping functions as required.
Other duties as assigned by Caterpillar management from time to time.

Minimum Qualifications

**What You Will Do:**
Caterpillar's Product Support and Logistics Division (PSLD) is seeking talented Warehouse Associates at our Spokane Distribution Center located at 9610 W. Hallett Road, Spokane, WA 99224.
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**
+ Safely perform the material handling and warehousing processes required in the receiving, processing, storing, moving, packing, and shipping of parts, materials, equipment, and supplies.
+ Operate handheld scanner to access and update information for receiving, counting and order processing.
+ Willingness to be trained on and operate order pickers, reach trucks, sit-down forklifts, and overhead hoists. Keep in mind, **not all available positions operate equipment.**
+ Report defects and need for repairs.
+ Utilize pneumatic tools and/or power tools to build and construct wooden shipping containers.
+ Utilize tools for the application of paint and rust preventative.
+ Perform housekeeping functions as required.
+ Other duties as assigned by Caterpillar management from time to time.

Responsibilities
Inventory Control Specialists perform a variety of duties to maintain control over inventories ensuring inventories are secured, properly identified and readily accessible to authorized personnel at a distribution location. Conduct physical inventory counts and reconciles results with inventory records. Inventory Control Specialists ensure that quantities of incoming and outgoing shipments are correct to maintain accurate physical inventories and keep and accurate record of inventories. Conducts analyses of inventory levels, and coordinates with production and sales orders and forecasts. Inventory Control Specialist will operate a forklift in maintaining inventory position.
This role will be a hybrid position between performing as a backup Inventory Control Specialist, with a primary focus on reducing shrink and damage at the location. Shrink and damage largely occurs from a combination of material handling errors, receiving errors, carelessness, and inadequate training. It will require working directly with the current Internal Control Specialist, and the Operations team, to solve errors that lead to shrink and damage and to generate ideas and drive solutions that will result in efficient and safe work environment. It is also required to maintain good housekeeping in work area, follow all safety programs, and ensure compliance of OSHA regulation. Inventory Control Specialists demonstrate strong commitment to safety, quality, environmental awareness, and continuous process improvement. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications: HS Diploma, GED or two (2) years equivalent work experience. Perform duties in a warehouse operations environment with some physical exertion; both inside and outside work in all weather conditions.
Preferred Qualifications: Typically more than five (5) years of experience in related job function. Leadership qualities and the ability to interface well with customers. Solid understanding of all RFN functions. Requires knowledge of operation of office equipment (i.e., calculator, computer) and proficiency in utilizing computer software applications necessary for performing job responsibilities, including working knowledge of Excel and Agility. Ability to understand and apply fundamental mathematical calculations. Effective communication skills and demonstrated decision making ability and organizational skills.
