We are hiring immediately for full time Warehouse Associates to load and unload products by hand and with the assistance of forklift and other powered vehicles from trailers and containers storage locations in our fast-paced Distribution & Fulfillment Center. POSITION SUMMARY
The Inventory Control Associate is responsible for operating MHEs for the purpose of moving, locating, relocating, stacking, and counting. Position Details: As our Warehouse and Inventory Control Specialist, you will be responsible for order pulling & staging as well as verifying inventory counts and quality control procedures for those products on orders both physically and systematically. Youll be responsible for:
Ensuring that a patients lab kits arrives exactly when its needed, including accurate requisition forms and instructions.
Supply deliveries are accurately received and input into inventory in a timely fashion.
Maintaining processes that are efficient and effective, and sharing opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities
Manage all outbound shipments for patient labs, medical supplies, supplements with full HIPAA compliance.
Receive and verify inbound deliveries, match to purchase orders, and enter them into inventory systems accurately.
Prepare and process 50+ patient requisition forms weekly, ensuring complete and accurate data.
Maintain secure and organized handling of patient information, shipments, and inventory records.
Communicate clearly with clinical and operations teams about shipment timelines, issues, and resolutions.
Track and reconcile inventory for medical and wellness products daily.
Support process improvements, including system automation, labeling efficiency, and shipping workflows.
Keep shipping and receiving areas organized, compliant, and patient-ready.
What Youll Bring
Experience & Background
2+ years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician, Medical Logistics Specialist, or in Healthcare Shipping & Inventory Management
Deep understanding of HIPAA compliance and patient data confidentiality
Experience handling patient labs, requisitions, or medical supplies preferred
Proficiency with shipping platforms (UPS, FedEx, USPS) and inventory management software
Strong written communication skills and accuracy in documentation

Position summary:
Represent the Murdock Auto Team brand for various guest experience needs and inventory management tasks to help the organization stand in a league of our own in the automotive industry by delivering on our No Regrets promise through enthusiasm in service opportunities, guest experience, and continual innovation and growth.
Tasks:
* Communicates with the Lot Manager and other Sales Consultants enthusiastically to complete various guest-centered needs: washing cars, moving inventory around on the lot, installing signs and marketing items on vehicles and around the lot, minor snow removal from vehicles, preparing and cleaning vehicles when sold, and other basic needs around the dealership.
* Follow checklists and company processes to complete operational directions from managers; following company policies for safe management of vehicle keys when moving inventory around the lot for presentation purposes.
* Drive vehicle carefully to fuel vehicles, charge batteries, or move them to the Service department for other diagnosis and job completion reasons (as needed).
* Complete basic Lot tasks as directed by Lot Manager or other Managers; provide maintenance in guest area, pick up trash in all areas inside and outside of the Showroom, and safely monitor activities on the Lot.
* Enhances Murdock Auto Team's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different guest requests and other duties as assigned.
Skills:
Proper operation of all vehicle types including commercial trucks, customer service, handling of jump-start units, teamwork, communication with managers, basic problem solving, and adaptability to change.
Experience And Education: Must be able to work as a team member in a fast-paced environment. Must be a minimum of 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States with current driver's license.
Must be able to read and comprehend employee handbooks and other automotive materials. Ability to learn quickly and take direction from dealership leaders.
Experience in basic customer service skills preferred.
Previous experience cleaning and detailing cars/trucks preferred.
