    at Glidewell Dental Essential Functions: Process incoming warehouse deliveries. Unpacks and inspects goods package to ensure quality is up to standard; forwards any discrepancy or quality-issued goods to appropriate team to address concerns. Receives, scans, logs, inputs and validates all incoming deliveries; performs audits against the purchase order and pack list. Reviews delivered goods against invoice and system to ensure delivery of accurate item/quantity. Signs off on receipt to acknowledge accurate delivery. Assesses and separate packages accordingly to company, department, and SOP requirements. Labels, scans, and records items into the system that needs to be stored in the warehouse; forwards to incoming warehouse team to store accordingly. Prepares documents for accounting and buyers. Reports any discrepancies on packing list/manuals. Works closely with Buyers and/or Purchasing Specialist to coordinate paperwork. Notifies appropriate teams or department of their shipment arrival and arrange for handoff, pick up, or delivery. Coordinates and delivers packages to expecting recipient. Updates received shipments into appropriate systems (e.g., CribMaster (CM), D365, etc.) Interacts and receives delivery of goods from vendors. Operates company heavy equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jack, etc.) and fleets to unload, load, move, or deliver goods. Maintains a strong understanding of department and personnel logistics to forward and route packages accordingly and efficiently. Maintains an organized on-site and off-site warehouse and workspace. Maintains good warehouse housekeeping practices by ensuring a clean working area that is clear of any safety hazards. Assists warehouse team with any priority execution of order filling, receiving, stocking and returns on an as-needed basis.
