The Heavy Duty Cleaner is responsible for performing a variety of specialty cleaning throughout all areas of the facility to ensure a clean and safe environment for customers, fellow team members, and other visitors.
Assemble necessary materials and supplies from storeroom.
Clean assigned areas by washing furnishings and equipment, cleaning floors, using special solutions and disinfectants.
Clean high maintenance items at various times throughout shift and typically when the building closes.
Heavy duty carpet cleaning in offices, guest areas and in the back-of-house.

Work independently and complete tasks with minimal supervision
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Cleaner or Janitor
Basic knowledge of maintenance and minor building repairs
Familiarity with cleaning equipment, chemicals, and supplies
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Good time management and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Must be available to work on Fridays, weekends, and holidays
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety
