This position requires considerable physical activity on a continuous basis throughout the shift including working in confined spaces and awkward positions, requiring standing, crouching, kneeling, stooping and reaching overhead. Sufficient manual dexterity of hand in order to use scraper, griddle brick, scouring pad, towels, squeegee, and heavy duty gloves. Ability to operate kitchen equipment, stoves and ovens. Ability to operate heavy equipment including high pressure steam cleaner, heavy floor scrubbers and other heavy cleaning equipment.
