Overview:


The University of Colorado Denver Campus seeks a Lecturer with an MS degree or higher in Biology or a related field to fill a temporary, non-tenure-track position. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering educational content to enhance learning outcomes and/or academic research to advance knowledge and innovation.
Responsibilities:

* Serve as instructor of record for course/s assigned

* Deliver curriculum, design and grade assessments, and assign grades

* Work with the department to ensure that the class meets pedagogical standards and are appropriate scaffolded in curriculum

Qualifications:

* MS in Biology or related field (minimum qualification)

* PhD in Biology or related field (preferred qualification)

* Experience teaching in a higher education environment in a related field to teaching assignment
