SERVICE DIRECTOR JOB DESCRIPTION BASIC PURPOSE: • Responsible for all phases of maintenance operations while operating within budgeted financials goals of property under direction of Community Director. • Performs various maintenance duties necessary to maintain and enhance the value of the community. • Handles repairs and improvements of occupied and vacant apartments. • Works as a team participant to ensure the community meets the quality maintenance standards set by Woodward Management Partners, Regional Director and the Community Director. We are seeking a Project Manager for our federal team. This role is primarily responsible for supporting a portfolio of electronic and integrated security system projects (access controls, intrusion detection, video management systems, etc) for U.S. Army Corps of Engineers projects at various U.S. military and other federal government sites across the U.S. This is a hybrid role with some travel as needed.
