What We're Looking For: * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience. * 10+ years of experience in Mechanical Engineering, with a portfolio showcasing innovative product design from concept to production and leadership experience, particularly in high-volume markets and/or motion systems * Extensive expertise in mechanical design principles, product development, and technology integration. * Must be able to provide mentorship as the subject matter expert in mechanical engineering to the other mechanical engineers while being an individual contributor. * Strong knowledge of CAD software, engineering simulation tools, and modern design methodologies. * Excellent communication skills and customer facing skills Bonus Points If You Have: * Advanced degree in Mechanical Engineering. * Experience with patents, publications, leadership roles in mechanical design, or strategic business acumen.
