HERE'S IS WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems (66KV, 13.2KV, 480V). * Install, calibrate, and test electrical infrastructure and control systems. * Troubleshoot and repair PLCs, VFDs, MCCs, HVAC systems, robots, and automation controls. * Conduct root cause analysis and document findings. * Interpret electrical schematics and ensure compliance with safety, GMP, and quality protocols. * Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with management and operators. QUALIFICATIONS Required Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent. * Minimum 3-5 years of electrical maintenance experience in a manufacturing or processing environment. * Strong knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, schematics, power controls, instrumentation, and automation systems. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics. * SAP or ERP maintenance system knowledge. * Meet state/province/territory licensing requirements. Preferred Qualifications: * Technical certification or associate degree in electrical or industrial maintenance. * AutoCAD and SAP experience highly preferred. * Experience with electrical maintenance for burners and/or ovens. Job Duties: This position performs a variety of tasks including basic facility maintenance including skilled electrical work,construction, installation, alteration, fabrication, maintenance, and repair work in one or more building trades and/or equipment maintenance activities. The Electrician works individually or as a member of a work crew, exercising a substantial degree of independence in planning and organizing their own work and performs related work as assigned. Requirements / Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Possession of a Nebraska Journeyman Electrical license OR Electrical Contractor license or eligibility to become licensed in Nebraska. Legal Requirements: Per the Nebraska State Electrical Act (Neb. Rev. Statutes 81-2101-81-2143), a current Electrical Contractor license is required to obtain electrical permits, and a current Journeyman Electrical license is required to perform electrical installation. Preferred Qualifications: Licensed Electrician (Journeyman or Contractor. Apprentice can be accepted with the understanding that they would have to complete the license within 1 year) Other: Driving is required for this position. As such, the incumbent must be able to provide a valid driver's license. Regular and Reliable attendance is required. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Skill in: the use of hand tools, power tools and building maintenance equipment; basic office and computer skills including competency in the use of email, building system applications; the operation and preservation of maintenance tools and equipment.
