Journeyman or Master Electrician license is required, 5+ years preferred.
Apprentice Electrician: 2 years' experience.
Comfortable with residential and/or commercial/industrial work.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Background and MVR check required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to pass a drug test and pre-employment physical.
Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
Experience with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and problem-solving skills.

This role is ideal for a certified Journeyman with extensive industrial experience, strong troubleshooting ability, and a deep understanding of electrical systems, safety standards, and high-voltage equipment.
Responsibilities
Install, inspect, and repair electrical wiring, conduits, receptacles, switch boxes, lighting, and related components
Work with 480V / 3-phase power systems, transformers, breakers, and disconnects
Diagnose and repair industrial machinery, motors, conveyors, gear drives, pulleys, and mechanical power transmission components
Perform preventive maintenance using diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation
Install, troubleshoot, and tune burners, burner control systems, temperature controllers, and PID components
Support automation-related equipment such as VFDs, sensors, and control panels
Maintain and organize electrical inventory; support subcontractor coordination as needed
Follow safety standards including Lockout/Tagout, Fall Protection, Confined Space Entry, PPE, and NEC/NFPA/OSHA compliance
Stay updated on electrical code changes and best practices
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Journeyman Industrial Maintenance Electrician Certificate required
10-15 years of industrial electrical experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of NEC, NFPA 70E, OSHA 1910, and industrial safety protocols
Ability to read, interpret, and troubleshoot using electrical schematics and technical drawings
Experience with VFDs, sensors, control panels, and basic PLC concepts
