Installation of OH/UG transformers and the wiring of all types of transformer banks.
Installation, including the wiring of regulators, capacitors, and reclosers.
Driving of different sizes and types of trucks.
Operation of various pieces of equipment, including Aerial Bucket and Digger Derrick Trucks.
Read and understand job prints and sketches.
Recognize material(s) and their function.
Setting and climbing of all sizes of poles in open areas, rear alleys and in energized lines.
Be available for on call duty and emergency response.

**Essential Functions of the Linemen Position:**
Must be able to traverse uneven terrain (including, but not limited to, wet, muddy and/or slippery terrain, concrete or asphalt) with a full complement of tools weighing up to fifty pounds
Must be able to work in extreme weather, including, extreme heat and cold
Must be able to work in confined spaces.
Must be able to work alone when performing restoration services.
Must be able to perform physical tasks, including digging, and pulling, pushing, carrying and lifting up to 80 pounds.
Maintain a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License.
Must be able to safely operate trucks and heavy equipment and safely work around energized lines and equipment.
Must be able to work at heights for extended periods of time.
Must be able to work overhead from a bucket truck (perform work above shoulders on energized overhead lines).
Must be able to climb up and descend from wooden/steel structures, poles and ladders and be able to balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, grip, handle and feel.

Enterprise Electrical is hiring motivated Apprentice Electricians (APR1 & APR2) and Crew Support to join our team on a Mission Critical Data Center project in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a high-profile project while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.
The perfect candidates should possess 1-3 years of experience in Data Center electrical work, demonstrate a strong dedication to learning, and have an aspiration to become a licensed journeyman. Apprentices will support daily operations, aid crews with installations, and have the opportunity to work with mission critical systems such as UPS, generators, and switchgear.
Base Pay:
- Crew Support (entry-level and above): $15 - $20 per hour.
- Apprentice 1 (requires 1+ years of proven experience): $25 - $30 per hour.
- Apprentice 2 (requires 2+ years of proven experience): $30 - $35 per hour.

Responsibilities:
Support electrical teams working on Mission Critical Data Center projects under the guidance of journeymen and foremen.
Acquire the ability to read and understand blueprints, one-line diagrams, and schematics, gradually applying this knowledge with more autonomy.
Adhere to and uphold Enterprise Electrical safety standards, which includes engaging in daily safety meetings and Job Hazard Analysis (JHA).
Perform practical tasks such as pulling wire, installing conduit, fitting fixtures, and organizing equipment/materials.
Assist in coordinating and preparing material shipments, equipment arrangements, and workspaces for everyday operations.
Contribute to commissioning and QA/QC processes for mission critical systems, including UPS, generators, switchgear, and grounding systems.
Record assigned duties, daily progress, and any issues under the supervision of journeymen or foremen.
Enhance technical abilities with the goal of becoming a licensed journeyman, concentrating on mission critical project requirements and standards.

Requirements
1-3 years of commercial or industrial electrical experience (data center or mission critical exposure preferred).

Construction Experience: Previous experience in construction is preferred, particularly in utility-scale or solar-related projects.

Job Summary
The Electrician, Medium Voltage will be based at the U.S. Embassy in Baghdad, Iraq and serve the Operations and Maintenance Support Services (OMSS) contract in support of the U.S. Department of State. This position will be responsible for operation and maintenance of electric power generation and distribution equipment and will report to the Power Plant Supervisor. The Electrician, Medium Voltage applies knowledge of complete CAT C-175 power gen equipment, CAT Eaton Switchgear systems, and all associated ancillary control systems. Able to maintain a newly constructed 26MW diesel fueled power plant and medium voltage distribution system. The duties and responsibilities listed below are representative of the nature and level of work assigned and are not necessarily all inclusive.

Roles and Responsibilities
* Maintain KBR's Zero Harm Initiative, ensuring a safe workplace and that safety is the highest priority.
* Comply with all Environmental Health & Safety and Quality Assurance requirements and goals.
* Assist with the operation of a 26 MW power plant to include synchronizing generators, opening and closing 11 kV breakers and tie switches; and routine maintenance of the Medium Voltage switchgear.

About Our Systems Apprentice Role
Our ideal candidate is someone who loves to work with their hands and develop new skills. We are looking for an apprentice that is eager to learn all aspects of assembling custom sampling systems for our clients' applications. If you are ready to begin a career building and testing quality systems and products, this is the position for you!
It's a physical job - you may be on your feet for 90% to 95% of your workday. You will be expected to safely lift and carry items up to 50 pounds. Bending, stretching, and climbing ladders will be daily activities.
Responsibilities
Interpret and follow written work instructions, technical specifications, and engineering drawings; learn and execute tubing, electrical wiring, and circuits
Perform functional product testing utilizing nitrogen and helium; complete hydrostatic testing
Partner with engineering to troubleshoot any issues and execute any changes needed
Assemble a wide range of Welker products; opportunity to support other areas including painting and sandblasting

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Fire Alarm Apprentices are responsible for assisting foreman in the installation of fire alarm systems
Service of fire alarm systems and other components associated fire protection systems
Properly maintaining documentation of work performed
Compliance of company policies and procedures
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Moving and/or carrying equipment and tools, weighing up to 75 lbs
Ability to perform assigned work in unusual and occasionally difficult positions; i.e. lift equipment, ladders, scaffolding
Distribute the material and accessories from the truck to the designated material lay down area
Maintain and organize lay down areas

Understand Allied Fire Protection's Safety program, SDS book, Hazardous Communication Program, policies and procedures. Helpers must know where all related safety documentation is at all times on each project.
