Including the assembly of transformers, switches, pad-mounted facilities, metering, street lighting, capacitors and circuit switching & protection installations. * Participates as a mentor for Apprentices in the Apprentice Lineman Training Program. * Cut and clear brush at ground level and along aerial lines. * Troubleshoots during power outages, and participates in Safety meetings, and external and internal training sessions. * Uses various electrician hand tools, i.e. snips, screwdrivers, pliers, wire cutters, etc. * Available to perform other line work at required. * Perform other duties as assigned. Incumbents may enter as an apprentice to perform job tasks under direct supervision and training.
