Operate diagnostic and other test equipment related to the PAPI maintenance repair cards (MRC), Solar Taxiway Light manufacturers maintenance specifications; research and identify parts from catalogs or online; perform maintenance, repair, overhaul and replacement of parts related to the operation of PAPI equipment and Taxi Solar way lights; and be able to operate a forklift, shop vehicles and all associated equipment.
Ability to work independently to maintain the PAPI system and perform Corrective Maintenance actions as needed
Familiarity with inspecting equipment at specified intervals; determining operational status; repairing mechanical and electrical assemblies and sub-assemblies; tuning, aligning, and adjusting equipment; performing operational checks; maintaining inspection and maintenance records.

Key Responsibilities
Daily Operations & Pre-Shift Responsibilities
* Review previous day Pass On Log, Property Rally, Team Member Schedule, and Redwood Rally.
* Review overnight reports for VIP no-shows and coordinate with In-Room Dining (IRD) to retrieve amenities from rooms before 9:00 AM.
* Monitor VIP drop-ins for arriving and in-house guests with high rates; apply correct coding, enter notes, and arrange amenities as needed.
* Maintain and update the list of amenity cards requiring the General Manager's signature; submit updates to Gloria.
* Lead or participate in AM Pre-Shift meetings, covering arrivals, departures, group information, property updates, and other pertinent operational details.
Guest Experience & Service (Throughout the Day)
* Monitor the VIP Services email inbox and ensure all guest communications are responded to within 24 hours.
* Assist VIP guests with all requests, including room preferences, activity planning, dining reservations, and special arrangements.
* Make reservations using SevenRooms and RTR as requested.
* Welcome R1, R2, and R3 guests upon arrival and escort them to their rooms.

* Final next-day Redwood Rally

Duties and Responsibilities
* To provide leadership, applied research, and education to assist existing and potential livestock producers of cattle, swine, small ruminants and poultry in Kauai County. Emphasis will be on beef cattle, range, and pasture production and management. Responsibilities also include swine production and management, small ruminants (sheep, goats), dairy, and poultry production.
* Develop multi-disciplinary, collaborative partnerships and programs with Kauai County and other CTAHR faculty, government/community agencies, livestock associations and stakeholder groups.
* Network with other agents, specialists, and researchers to develop and conduct applied research and extension outreach programs and projects, and transfer research-based information and technology to stakeholders to foster and enhance the livestock industries.
* Use teaching methods and tools such as technology, media resources, distance teaching methodologies, and workshops to extend information and educational opportunities to stakeholders.
* Advise and be responsible for the 4-H/Youth livestock programs, clubs and projects, individually and in collaboration with other 4-H/Youth development faculty.
* Seek out and manage external funding and pursue, leverage and manage resources to support programming efforts including grants and contracts and practice cost recovery.
* Contribute to scholarly and Extension activities on the county, state and national levels.
* Participate in Department, College and University service/governance.
* Work with stakeholders involves some meetings that occur after normal working hours and/or weekends at off-site locations.
Minimum Qualifications

* Ability to exercise independent judgment and to assume responsibility for developing an Extension program.
