You will be responsible for the efficient and safe operation of your assigned machine, ensuring quality production and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
**Pay:**
+ Day Shift (6:00 AM - 6:30PM): $17.54/hour
+ Night Shift (6:00 PM - 6:30 AM): $19.04/hour ($17.54 + $1.50 shift differential)
+ Rotating Schedule
**Responsibilities:**
+ Ensure the productivity of your assigned machine.
+ Report any equipment, safety, productivity, or quality problems promptly.
+ Adhere to all safety guidelines, including wearing required PPE (safety shoes, safety glasses, hearing protection, hair net) and following lock-out/tag-out procedures.
+ Perform visual/functional checks on individual cavities every 15 minutes to ensure a stable process.
+ Meet or exceed production quotas on assigned equipment for the shift.
+ Monitor machine cycle time and communicate discrepancies to the Shift Leader.
+ Maintain a neat and orderly workstation throughout the shift and leave it in excellent condition for the next operator.
+ Clean the machine completely between jobs, including removing all parts and vacuuming hanger-holes.
+ Complete shift change responsibilities, including sweeping and cleaning the area, providing necessary paperwork, and ensuring an adequate number of boxes are prepared for the next operator.
**Qualifications:**
+ Familiarity with all aspects of production, however experience is not required. Just a willingness to learn and be to work as scheduled.
+ Understanding of and adherence to all safety requirements.
+ Thorough comprehension of all phases of our Quality Assurance procedures.
+ Basic math and reading skills.

+ Ability to stand, reach, bend, and move about the facility regularly.
