**Job Title: Logistics Specialist** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Logistics Specialist who will be responsible for preparing labels for all customer orders and generating export documentation to ensure timely customs clearance. The role also involves creating pick lists, picking, packing, and shipping accessory orders within 24 hours, as well as managing customer RMAs and closing work-in-process jobs for finished goods.
**Responsibilities**
+ Prepare FedEx, UPS, and DHL labels for all customer orders.
+ Generate all export documentation, including Air Waybills, Commercial Invoices, Certificates of Origin, and Packing lists.
+ Create pick lists and manage the picking, packing, and shipping of accessory orders within 24 hours.
+ Receive and process customer RMAs.
+ Create and close work-in-process jobs for finished goods.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience with ERP systems.
+ Detail-oriented and self-motivated.
+ Ability to multitask and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
+ Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and adapting as necessary.

Description We are looking for a motivated Collections Specialist to join our team in Framingham, Massachusetts. This role involves engaging with customers to drive sales, resolve inquiries, and support marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and skilled in customer communication and problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily outbound calls to customers to secure orders, with call volumes ranging from 30 to 40+ calls per day, supporting weekly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
- Utilize product knowledge and sales expertise to upsell items, promote special offers, suggest alternatives for unavailable products, and address customer concerns effectively.
- Provide assistance to customers by resolving product-related inquiries, confirming orders, and coordinating with warehouse and purchasing teams to address delivery issues or special requests.
- Support the outside sales team by managing follow-up tasks, coordinating samples, and preparing marketing materials.
- Organize and ship product samples to both current and prospective customers, ensuring timely delivery.
