Facilities Operations & Maintenance Oversee daily facilities operations, including building systems, utilities, and infrastructure. Develop and manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs. Coordinate internal maintenance staff and external service providers. Ensure facilities comply with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. Respond to facility-related issues, emergencies, and service requests in a timely manner.
