Job Description:
Training for this position will take place at our Haskell, TX location. The training period will be 30-60 days, and mileage will be reimbursed.
AMERI-CANS is looking to hire a full-time Service Technician - Driver CDL Class B at our location in Wichita Falls, TX. This is a key role leading the day-to-day execution of a rapidly growing portable sanitation company that takes pride in doing things the right way and executing the impossible. This position consists of servicing, cleaning and stocking portable toilets, holding tanks, freshwater systems, hand-wash stations and restroom-shower trailers as needed. You are responsible for completing daily routes, while maintaining professional customer contact and open lines of communication with the dispatcher. We are driven by purpose, with a vision to grow in a meaningful way that allows us to continue to impact on our community of veterans and their families. We work for that vision every day and we are looking to add this critical role to the team with someone who is ready to perform at a high level on Day 1.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Service, clean, and stock portable toilets, holding tanks, freshwater systems, hand-wash stations, and restroom trailers/sea-cans
Vacuum pump, sanitize, and restock restroom units on-site
Support CDL drivers with hose handling, trailer setup, water refills, and waste dump operations
Stock and replenish consumables, including paper, soap, hand towels, and sanitizer
Operate the ServiceCore app and QR code system to log services and verify unit condition
Assist with warehouse organization, consumables inventory, and site setup tasks when not on route
Cross-train in light trailer maintenance, including plumbing, pump swaps, electrical resets, and HVAC checks under supervision
Maintain trucks daily, including refueling, cleaning, and pre/post trip inspections
Communicate with dispatchers daily to confirm route completion
Uphold strict client standards, including sanitation QC, graffiti prevention/reporting, and professional customer interaction
Safely secure cargo, comply with DOT driving rules and regulations, and report any defects or incidents
Requirements:
Must hold a valid U.S. Commercial Driver's License (Class A or B).
Drivers with a non-U.S. permanent residence must meet the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) eligibility requirements effective September 29, 2025.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license with a clean and safe driving record.
Strong knowledge of traffic and safety regulations, including rest and mileage limits.
Must be physically fit and able to pass a DOT physical exam every two years.
Must pass a background check.
Must have authorization to work in the United States.
Some job sites may require U.S. citizenship and a clean criminal history for access.
Abilities:
Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time, bend, twist, reach, stoop, and crouch
Perform essential duties with minimal or no supervision
Lift and carry up to 50 lbs and drag 185 lbs

Requirements
Qualifications:
· One year of full\-time experience in 911 emergency medical response
· Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 35 lbs.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office
Education\/Certification:
· Minimum of a valid National Registry or State EMT\-B Certification
· Valid CPR certification at the Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider level (American Heart Association) or Professional Rescuer (American Red Cross)
