**Responsibilities**
+ Attend daily meetings to understand shift assignments and workstations.
+ Manage up to 3 CNC machines simultaneously, performing 8-9 tool changes per day.
+ Load CNC machines, pull programs, and make minor program edits as needed.
+ Conduct quality checks using Micrometers and Calipers every 300-400 parts.
+ Ensure parts meet the +/- 10-20 Micron tolerance requirements.
+ Store completed parts in bins for daily shipment to customers.
**Essential Skills**
+ 5 years of experience with Screw Machines.
+ 5 years of experience in reading blueprints.
+ 5 years of experience making edits to existing programs.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience with CNC Programming is a plus.

Seeking a 1st shift MIG Welder to fabricate structural and miscellaneous steel components for the construction industry. The role involves reading and interpreting blueprints, fitting, marking, placing, tacking, and MIG welding. You will have the opportunity to become GMAW (MIG) Certified for welding on structural parts if not already certified. Responsibilities include working with steel parts like beams, trusses, columns, stairs, and handrails. Additional duties may involve operating CNC machines, plasma tables, assisting in the paint/prime area, or working in the yard. Usage of overhead cranes and forklifts is required. Candidates must have their own welding helmet and jacket. We value a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a positive attitude.
