**Responsibilities**
+ Review technical drawings, models, and specifications for manufacturability.
+ Program CNC machines using Mastercam, with emphasis on 4 and 5 axis milling and mill turn lathes.
+ Perform setups and complete first article inspections for each operation.
+ Operate machines during periods of lower programming demand.
+ Support operators by clarifying intent, improving communication, and validating programs.
+ Collaborate closely with engineering, inspection, and assembly to ensure product quality.
+ Ensure machined components meet cycle time and cost targets.
+ Assist with tooling strategies, workholding, and process improvements.
+ Complete root cause and corrective action reports when required.
+ Provide leadership, mentorship, and training to team members.
+ Help stabilize and support the hybrid/toolmaker and special projects area.
+ Maintain compliance with ITAR and company quality standards.
**Essential Skills**
+ 5+ years of CNC programming and machining experience.

- Compares part number and associated information of items received with Procurement Data Packing Slips and Material Certification Compliance

- Verify plating with Production by requesting plated parts be test before acceptance.
- Maintains discrepant material, records problem(s) on Rejection Reports and enters results into SAP for Material Review Board (MRB) reviews.

- Interacts with Purchasing Department to review/discuss 1st Articles result
Qualifications:

Role Focus
