The Lab Assistant is responsible for providing support to the FST instructor by preparing demonstrations, organizing supplies/equipment, observing, assisting students with lab practices, and testing. The Lab Assistant is a part-time, 19-hour-per-week appointment on a schedule established by the FST Program Director. The position involves handling confidential information and records. The Lab Assistant must be able to work independently and effectively prioritize tasks.
