This position will support a team conducting cutting-edge research in materials development and scale-up for critical material production. The selected candidate will play a key role in setting up laboratory facilities, performing experimental work, and maintaining research equipment. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and set up laboratory facilities, including connecting equipment to ventilation, electrical power (up to 480V), and water systems. Relocate and organize laboratory casework and other equipment to optimize workspace functionality. Conduct routine experimental operations under established standard operating procedures (SOPs). Your role at Baxter The Position encompasses the biological, chemical and physical analyses on pharmaceutical products (biologics and drugs) through all stages of the manufacturing process from incoming raw materials to finished goods, and environmental monitoring programs. This is a weekend 1st shift position Thursday-Sunday you'll be working 4 days, 10 hour shifts. What you'll be doing Conduct critical chemical and physical analyses on Raw Materials, Initial, In-process and Final products, and samples collected from environmental monitoring programs at Baxter manufacturing facilities. Work under minimum supervision. Use sophisticated laboratory instrumentation (HPLC, FTIR, UV, GC etc) and computer systems to collect and record data. Perform advanced assays requiring precise analytical skills and understanding of biology and chemistry principles. Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with company SOPs and specifications, FDA, GLP, QSR and cGMP regulations.
