    B&R Lab Technician The Lab Analyst role reports to the Shift Team Leader/Lab Manager as part of the site quality assurance laboratory. The Lab Analyst is responsible for using analytical methods to provide prompt and accurate testing of industrial chemicals for conformance to quality specifications, for operational process control, to fulfill special customer requirements, or in support of troubleshooting or improvement projects. Responsibilities & Accountabilities Follow all safety rules and actively promote safety through reporting safety observations, performing job safety analyses, completing safety inspections and walkthroughs, participating in safety meetings, etc. Directly responsible for understanding, promoting and upholding Basic Safety Expectations both for themselves and the people around them Perform routine testing to determine and report final product quality status to manufacturing Perform routine testing to support unit production as specified by the manufacturing units Accurately input all data into LIMS system and record test results in a legible manner on designated forms Check operation of testing equipment, troubleshoot equipment to identify and/or correct source of problem, and notify the chemist of any abnormalities or maintenance requirements Conduct job tasks in a professional manner utilizing good housekeeping practices and laboratory technique.
