Requirements: Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills: 3-5 years of related loan processing experience and/or training; or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Work related experience should consist of Audit, Legal, Compliance, Financial Analysis, Credit Review, or similar fields. Educational experience, through in-house training sessions, formal school or financial industry related curriculum, should be business or financial industry related. Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance, or equivalent experience. A significant level of trust and diplomacy is required, in addition to normal courtesy and tact. Work involves extensive personal contact with others and is usually of a sensitive nature. Outside contact becomes important and fostering sound relationships with other entities (customers, vendors, etc.) becomes necessary. Solid working knowledge of banking industry practices relative to bank loan operations with respect to loan products, services, and terminology. Knowledge of commercial, construction, real estate and consumer loan products and processing. A high level of confidentiality is required. Ability to work under deadlines with frequent interruption. Duties include, but are not limited to, mixing chemicals, testing samples, and documentation. Must have a strong sense of work ethic and self-motivation. - Must operate with a high sense of urgency. Must be able to work comfortably in a team environment and also effectively on individual efforts. Must have basic computer skills and be comfortable with email, MS Word and MS Excel. Must have the highest standards of integrity, accuracy and attention to detail. Must be flexible and capable of adapting to priority changes on a daily basis. Must possess good oral and written communication skills. Skills: Performance experiments and familiarity with basic chemical mixing is required Basic knowledge of chemical instrumentation required Proactive in task management and ability to address/take care of basic laboratory facilitation.
