This work is performed outdoors and subject to the elements, so you'll need to be comfortable working in varying weather conditions. Job Title: Foundry Worker Compensation: Schedule: 5am - 3:30 pm Monday-Thursday : Overtime Fridays and/or Saturdays The Pourer/Shifter is responsible for operating transfer ladles to safely pour molten metal into sand molds on the pouring deck.
