- Monitors and maintains a visual check on property and adjacent neighbors.
- Lawn, shrubbery, tree, and plant maintenance. Maintains lawn through mowing, raking and fertilization. Trims trees and shrubbery as needed. Regularly plants flowers and foliage to coordinate with seasons and necessary visual maintenance.
- Conduct property clean up. Collection and removal of leaves, snow, and weeds on an as needed basis.
- Maintains all signage for property.
- Handles all ground supply maintenance; salt/calcium, fuels, chemicals, repair parts, etc. Responsible for maintaining equipment such as lawn mowers, rakes, shovels, snow blowers, etc.
- Site exterior waste management.
- Monitors and maintains storm drains, retention ponds, and fountains to avoid flooding of property.
- On call 24 hours per day for emergency services.
- Installation and removal of holiday decorations.
- Assistance with interior projects as time permits.
