Position Summary:
Shimadzu Scientific Instruments is seeking a Field Service Engineer to join our team and play a vital role in providing exceptional service and support for our analytical instrumentation. Compensation & Benefits:
This full-time, non-exempt position comes with a comprehensive benefits package. Job Summary
The MDS Nurse uses independent judgment in the planning, organizing, directing, and evaluation of activities of the professional and supportive nursing staff engaged in resident plan of care. When functioning on the floor, the Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care to patients. The RN demonstrates competency and practices within the full scope of nursing expertise/knowledge and utilizes appropriate age and population specific standards as designated in their assigned clinical setting. The RN cares for residents in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment. The RN is responsible for the coordination of care, resident assessment, resident education and various other nursing interventions.
The RN may serve as charge nurse and delegate appropriate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel that are within the job descriptions, skills, resident care needs, and the competence level of the delegate. As charge, the RN provides adequate assistance and support to delegates to ensure safe, reliable administration of resident care and resolution of care and service concerns.
The RN functions within the scopes and standards of nursing practice as outlined in the Nurse Practice Act and Administrative Rules in state of practice and licensure. The Professional Nursing Practice recognizes the Scope and Standards of Practice and the Code of Ethics for Nurses with Interpretive Statements as published by the American Nurses Association as the foundation of nursing care delivery and professional conduct.
Qualifications
Graduate from a National League of Nursing (NLN) or American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN) accredited nursing program is preferred. Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
Minimum of one-year experience working as licensed nurse with the senior population preferred. Specific services/positions may have additional education, training or experience requirements. Resident Assessment Coordinator-Certified (RAC-CT), management or supervisory experience preferred.
Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state. Obtains and subsequently maintains required certifications and completes required continuous education units (CEU) and competency training. Affiliation with an outside professional nursing organization is preferred.

A Brief Overview
Accountable for providing medical social casework to a wide array of patients ranging from newborns to geriatrics. Assists patients and families to understand, accept, and follow medical recommendations with emphasis on assisting patients to be compliant with clinical care plan.
Performs a variety of services such as advising on social problems, arranging for transportation to clinic appointments and treatments as appropriate, arranging for durable medical equipment as appropriate, and alleviation of patient/family anxieties and fears.
Utilizes resources to assist patient to resume life in the community while learning to live with a chronic illness.
Prepares and updates records for each patient; prepare required documentation of each case; maintain records and reports as required.
Serves as the social work representative on multi-disciplinary team approach to patient care.
Works collaboratively with clinical coordinators, physicians, and other members of the care team in providing coordinated services, which facilitates continuity of care for the patient.
Provides education to families regarding advance directives and assists patients and families with questions regarding advance directives for healthcare.

Job Summary
The Nursing Assistant (NA) serves as caregiver to the resident during the scheduled work period in long term care. Communicates resident's changing condition and care related concerns/responses to the charge nurse. Collects non-invasive body fluid specimens and gathers vital signs. Provides housekeeping and laundry services to assist residents with keeping living areas clean and operational. Provides assistance and documentation with wellness and recreational programs and encourages residents to participate. May participate in departmental/organization committees and task forces as needed.
Qualifications
High school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred, but not required.
Minimum age of 16. Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred.
Required Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with the State Board of Nursing, or state certified CNA within four months of date into the position by being enrolled in a training program or in the process of obtaining certification through Endorsement. CNA training and certification required and provided by facility.
Satisfactorily completes yearly department specific competency testing and maintains a record of continuing education credits for each year. A minimum of 12 hours continuing education are required annually. Maintains all department specific required certifications.
When applicable, for applicable states, certified and registered with the Unlicensed Assistive Person (UAP) Registry.
Dependent on facility and required responsibilities, this role may classify as a Sanford Category II Driver requiring a motor
vehicle report and proof of valid driver's license. Also must be medically qualified to perform the essential driving functions of

JOB SUMMARY
Works closely with the Head Golf Professional to ensure the best possible golf experience for members and guests by overseeing all golf operations.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Hires, trains, schedules and supervises cart attendants, players' assistants and golf shop personnel; Directs the daily operations of the pro shop and merchandise concession.
Assists the Head Golf Professional in maintaining financial records, compiling monthly/daily revenue reports.
Opens and closes pro shop per club standard operating procedures which includes assisting with register set-up and/or closing and proper handling of deposits.
Assists the Head Golf Professional in gathering and submitting completed employee information for payroll processing on time.
Monitors cash flow in the golf shop, ensuring that cash and credit card charges balance with sales receipts in accordance with operating procedures.
Maintains accurate records of green fees and cart rentals.
Controls and manages play; ensures acceptable pace of play and professional golf environment.
Monitors customer preferences, usage patterns, and satisfaction with Club products and services. Assess the quality of internal and/or external customer service and speed of play. Recommends plans for continued improvement.
Handles member and guest requests, complaints and inquiries with composure and in a timely professional manner.
Helps plan, organize and conduct golf tournaments for members and on occasion, outside organizations.
Ensures efficient operation and coordination of golf shop, cart service and other services as applicable.
Completes basic club repairs and custom fitting to customer satisfaction.
Devotes a reasonable amount of time to play golf with members of all skill levels.
Demonstrates continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround time, streamline work processes and work cooperatively with others to provide quality customer service.
