Ensure that all new arrivals of aware of COVID policy.
Ensure that all new arrivals are scheduled for covid testing whether or not they come fully vaccinated.
Education and Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
The Intake Counselor must be certified or have an up to date registration.
The Intake Counselor must be familiar with residential programs.
The Intake Counselor must have a welcoming demeanor and is able to get along well with others.
The Intake Counselor must be able to navigate computer systems and enter accurate information into EHR systems.
The Intake Counselor must be able to pass a CDCR clearance.
The Intake Counselor must have some knowledge of behaviors associated with the person served.
The Intake Counselor must have good writing skills.
