We are currently seeking a compassionate, motivated, and skilled Graduate-Level Child Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. Position Overview: The Graduate-Level Child Therapist will provide direct clinical services to adolescents residing in our facility, including individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy, and crisis intervention. The ideal candidate is passionate about working with youth in a residential setting and is either fully licensed or working toward clinical licensure. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement appropriate therapeutic interventions. Provide regular individual and group therapy sessions. Facilitate family therapy sessions and support family involvement in the treatment process.
