Job DescriptionResponsibilities Maintain positive and constructive relationships with clients/customers and identify opportunities for increase revenue/profit. Oversee the Operations Managers in the development and monitoring of the annual operating budget for the commercial facility. Ensure the statements of work are compatible with operating capacities or develop the plans to increase operational capabilities of the facility. Oversee all warehouse safety, good housekeeping and ensure all warehouse SOPs are being followed. Holds management and employees accountable to the company's culture and values. Assists in the preparation of capital expenditure requests for projects. Qualifications and Job Specifications Bachelor's degree in engineering or a scientific field plus a minimum of 8 years related experience in pharmaceuticals distribution, medical device distribution or a related environment with a combined minimum of 5 years management experience. Master's degree (MS or MBA) preferred. 8 Years warehouse management experience in receiving, storing, issuing, and accounting for property in a warehouse required. Working knowledge of an ERP systems is required. Working knowledge of MS Office Suite specifically Excel, Word, Outlook. Strong leadership, team building, organizational and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical competency. Ability to prioritize tasks, and ascertain what problems and issues should be escalated to Senior Management. Ability to think strategically.
