DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plans lessons and teaches Utility Lineworker Program students in the classroom and at the pole yard.
Develops, implements, and evaluates student learning activities.
Provides a positive role model for the students, especially in areas of caring, respect for self and others, collegiality, ethical behavior, ethical reasoning, and strong work ethic (including responsibility, dependability, and accountability) and provides constructive feedback to students.
Demonstrates proper skills operations for students.
Oversees the safe operation and use of equipment when being used by students, ensuring that the company policy and standards are being adhered to.
Collaborates with the Workforce Program Coordinator on curriculum, supplies, and curriculum needs.
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
10 years of utility lineman experience
Class A CDL is required.
PREFERED QUALIFICATIONS:
At least ten (10) years of related practical work experience as a Utility Lineworker Program Instructor.

Agency progress towards Encova profit share program and Leaders' Conference participation.
Encova updates and organizational changes.
o Facilitate growth between all Encova profit centers and assigned agencies.

3. Gather competitive intelligence.
4. Stay abreast of current insurance laws and regulations.

21. Account management including coordination of service delivery of various disciplines within the team: claim review, safety and loss services, customized reporting, etc.
22. Conduct/coordinate sales and training sessions and orientation of new products, programs, and systems for assigned agents. When requested, lead discussions on new underwriting approaches, coverage enhancements/changes, and underwriting projects.
OTHER FUNCTIONS:
1. Responsible for automobile travel within territory traveling to agents' offices. Car travel represents a meaningful portion of associate's time.
