Job Summary
We are seeking an Animal Care Giver to join our team! As an Animal Care Giver, you will spend your days tending to the animals under our care, including following guidelines for feeding, refilling water bowls, and offering treats and companionship. You will also be responsible for ensuring the environment is clean and safe for all the animals as well as walking or socializing animals as needed. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with all dog breeds, can work on their feet for long periods of time, and can work well in a team environment.
Responsibilities

Clean and maintain pet enclosures so that every animal under your care has a safe, healthy living environment

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant's skills and experience. Role is also eligible for team based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company's 401(k) program.

Education and Experience

Eighteen (18) years of age required; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Certification by an approved basic training program in home health aide services approved by the Department of Health and possess written evidence of such certification.
Must maintain current annual skills testing approval.
Ability to assist residents with all aspects of Daily Living Activities including bathing, toileting, and transferring.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 30 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 55 pounds; Occasional 2 person lift up to 120 pounds
This position requires regular interaction with residents, coworkers, visitors, and/or supervisors. In order to ensure a safe work environment for residents, coworkers, visitors, and/or supervisors of the Company, and to permit unfettered communication between the employee and those residents, coworkers, visitors, and supervisors, this position requires that the employee be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language at an intermediate or more advanced level.

* The first client needs help with a shower and ADL's. Flexiable hours and paying $16/hour.
* The second client needs medication reminders & getting meals prepped. Paying $16/hour.
* The third client needs assistance with a shower once per week, medication reminders, light housekeeping & meal prep/reminders. The preferred schedule is Tuesdays & Fridays 11am-5pm and paying $16/hour.

What you will be doing as Home Health Aides (HHA) / Caregiver
* Enable clients to stay in their homes by providing support and personal care assistance such as, bathing, dressing, toileting and grooming.
* Support clients by providing light housekeeping and laundry services; shopping for food and other household requirements; preparing and serving meals / snacks and running errands.
* Keep clients engaged through conversation, games and other forms of entertainment.
Some of our requirements:
* Experience providing personal care for others is preferred
* Valid Driver's License, and Auto Insurance (preferred)
* Must be willing and able to work occasional weekends
* GREAT ATTENDANCE is required. Our clients depend on us for their quality of life!
