Mobility and Transportation Support Safely lift, move, and transfer clients using approved body mechanics or assistive devices. Assist clients with mobility within the facility and when boarding or exiting BAFI vans, ensuring comfort and safety at all times. Clinical Support Perform delegated clinical tasks under supervision, such as obtaining vital signs, weights, and specimens; applying topical treatments; and emptying urinary catheters. Teamwork and Professional Conduct Collaborate effectively with coworkers and supervisors, demonstrating reliability, professionalism, and sound judgment. Home Health Aide- Home Health Central Florida - Full time - Part time - PRN Our Central Florida location serves Orange, Osceola, Brevard, and Seminole Counties. 1. All the personal care activities contained in a written assignment by a licensed health professional employee, or contractor, and which activities such as: a. Assisting the patient with personal hygiene, following appropriate and safe techniques, that include bed bath, sponge, tub, and shower bath, hair shampooing in sink, tub, and bed; nail and skin care; oral hygiene. b. Assisting the patient with ambulation/ physical transfer, following safe transfer techniques. c. Assisting the patient with eating. d. Assisting the patient with dressing. e. Assisting the patient with shaving. 2. Maintenance of a clean, safe and healthy environment, which may include light cleaning and straightening of the bathroom, straightening the sleeping and living areas, washing the patient of client dishes or laundry, and such tasks to maintain cleanliness and safety for the patient of client.
