Key job responsibilities
- Help support daily management of department duties, including allocating labor, leading meetings, assigning job duties, and communicating with internal and external suppliers

A day in the life
Process Assistants perform production duties as needed: picking and packing orders, receiving and stowing product, ensuring inventory accuracy, and loading and unloading aircraft at or above the rate expectation for each task. Process Assistants will also be responsible for motivating others and keeping their work areas safe!
This Process Assistant position will be focused on Ramp Operations with flexibility to assist in Sort Operations when needed.
Eligibility requirements
- Individuals hired into this position will have unescorted access privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA). For this reason, eligibility for this role will be limited to individuals who pass a security screening, as required by the FAA, DHS, and TSA (as applicable).

Environment:

Sensory and Physical Requirements:

Process all new and renewed loans
Perform basic post-closing loan review, ensuring all required documents are properly signed, accurate and executable.
Uploads loan information from the loan origination software to the core system for all loan requests and is executed in a timely manner and within proper established controls.
Process loan documents and prepare tickets or wire transfers.
Pay fees, record/release mortgages, file UCC's, and place auto title liens as needed.
Prepare denial letters, ensuring second review of documentation
Provides indirect customer service by sharing knowledge and providing guidance and answers for a variety of basic questions to co-workers and other bank staff, referring inquiries to the appropriate department or person as necessary.
Ensures compliance with all Bank policies and procedures and all applicable state and federal banking laws, rules and regulations including Bank Secrecy Act and Anti Money Laundering to assist management in monitoring for suspicious activity, money laundering, or other illegal customer activity.
Completes other projects and duties as assigned by the manager.
