**You will:**
+ Receive and process requests for patient health information in accordance with Company and Facility policies and procedures.

This is what we would like you to do:
Responsible for reviewing, processing, funding, and servicing of all consumer loan products generated through both the direct and indirect channels. Responsible for following established procedures, policies, and guidelines for quality control. Works closely with loan origination employees to create a seamless loan funding process. Performs post-funding activities to ensure KCU's collateral lien is properly perfected. Provides support with processing of other consumer loanservicing activities such as total loss processing, insurance claims, and lender force placed insurance processing. Apply state and federal regulatory and legal requirements to loan funding and servicing processes. Ensures that areas of responsibility support Kirtland Credit Union's (KCU) mission, vision, strategic objectives, and service standards. Ensures that services are delivered professionally and efficiently. Supports and provides exceptional internal and external member experiences.
Primary Job Duties:
Assumes responsibility for loan documentation accuracy and effectively funds loans in accordance with state and federal laws and regulatory requirements, and KCU lending policies and procedures.
Maintain working knowledge of KCU lending policies, guidelines, and procedures.
Remain up to date with state and federal regulatory requirements through required regulatory training and updates to internal policies and procedures.
Monitor funding queues and process and fund direct consumer loans.
Review loans and documentation to ensure compliance with federal and state regulatory and legal requirements, KCU lending policy, guidelines, and procedures.
Process and fund indirect loans in a timely manner by effectively communicating with third-party processors and/or dealers to obtain complete loan packets.
Maintain tracking to ensure timely follow up with dealers for missing information.
Perform transactions required to facilitate loan funding, processing, closing, and lien perfection.
Work with underwriters to ensure loans are funded within compliance with KCU policies, guidelines, and procedures, as well as state and federal regulatory requirements.
Provide feedback to origination employees in a manner which will promote collaboration between the departments.
Assumes responsibility for post-funding activities to secure KCU's lien position on collateralized loans.
Effectively performs loan record updates, transactions, and other file maintenance to effectively service consumer loans, while mitigating risk.
Obtain proper documents needed to ensure perfection of liens to protect KCU's security interests.
Perform follow ups with state motor vehicle requirements to ensure KCU's lien is perfected accordingly.
Analyze and verify the integrity of KCU core system loan data.
Perform servicing updates of loan records in the core system including, but not limited to, loan recasts, payment adjustments, payment deferrals, and other specialized servicing adjustments.
Ensures that loan maintenance is completed according to legal documents, KCU policy, and procedures.
Process total loss claims, working effectively with insurance companies, members, and Account Resolutions Department when necessary.
Works in collaboration with the Account Resolution Department for updating and processing force placed insurance (Collateral Protection Insurance (CPI)), adjusting members' payments and assist with tracking collateral insurance.
Post loan payoff payments as necessary.
Review and process paid loans according to departmental procedures and properly release liens as necessary.
Education/Certification:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience Required:
At least one year of work experience in a financial institution, preferably in Consumer LoanServicing or Loan Processing preferred.
At least one year of financial institution experience is preferred.
Required knowledge, skills and abilities:
Knowledge of applicable regulations.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with members, co-workers, and various departments.
Must have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and possess multi-tasking abilities.

Loan Processors are responsible for supporting the consumer and indirect lending activities of the credit union by processing loan applications efficiently and accurately. Works closely with members, the Loan Processing Supervisor, and internal staff to gather required documentation, verify information, and prepare loan packages for underwriting and funding.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Must be proficient in completing all loan documentation, recommendations and verifications needed for loans and follow up as needed or necessary (i.e. title work, payroll allocations, auto transfers, loan coupons).
Collect, verify, and organize required documentation such as income verification, credit reports, and insurance information.
Communicate with members to clarify loan requirements and provide updates on application status.
Complete and mail notice of adverse action forms for loans and memberships as required.
Assist members with the loan application process by telephone and/or in person.
Pull credit reports, verify debt, estimate monthly payments for any outstanding debt not listed, and add relevant and required items to application.
Ensure that each loan is processed accurately and timely as set forth by established credit union policies, procedures, and practices.
Prepare loan application and document package for the facilitation of loan closing.
Process member requests for skip payments, loan maintenance, loan extensions, due date adjustments, loan payment frequency, and other related modifications.
Cross sell credit union products and services that provide value to the member and that deepen credit union relationships.
Understand and comply with all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements including but not limited to: BSA, USA Patriot Act, OFAC, CIP, Member Due Diligence, Reg P, Reg J, Truth in Lending Act, and Fair Credit Reporting Act.
Perform quality review of loans booked and funded for accuracy, completeness, proper signatures (authority), and collateral requirements.
Ensure all loan files comply with federal, state, and credit union regulations.
Maintain, track, and ensure loan exceptions are corrected and cleared in a timely manner.
Serve as back up to indirect processing and indirect funding as directed.
Perform other duties as assigned.

The Reliability Specialist position is responsible for leading targeted strategic and tactical reliability initiatives and enhancements, specifically focused on vibration and condition monitoring services. Acting as a reliability advocate closely aligned with Operations, the position is empowered to work independently to address complex equipment challenges. This role involves developing and implementing long-term reliability programs and initiatives in collaboration with various Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Creates and maintains a culture of safe, reliable, and compliant operations.
- Technical authority for complex vibration analysis and multi-disciplinary diagnostics (e.g., vibration, oil analysis, thermography) on critical equipment, resolving high-impact issues (e.g., LOPC, bad actors) with industry-leading expertise.
- Develop and lead long-term reliability strategies to achieve business-wide goals, such as downtime reduction and maintenance cost savings, through advanced condition monitoring and predictive maintenance.
- Lead the development of condition-based maintenance, using data-driven insights to minimize unnecessary interventions and reduce lifecycle costs.
- Supports Project Engineering, Operations, and Maintenance with the installation and commissioning of new equipment in accordance with company standards.
- Partner with peers to integrate vibration and performance data into predictive maintenance models, RCM strategies, and long-term asset management plans.
- Develop asset health indicators for critical equipment, using advanced analytics to prioritize maintenance and capital replacement decisions.
- Must be comfortable working with remote supervision.
- Travel is required and may occasionally include out-of-town nights and weekend travel.
Education and Experience
- High School diploma or GED is required.
- Associate or Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related Mechanical Field Preferred
- ISO Category 2 Vibration Analyst Required, ISO Category 3 Vibration Analyst Preferred
- Must hold a valid Driver License and have an excellent driving record.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience with reciprocating and rotating machinery repair and/or machinery diagnostics.
- Thorough understanding of the mechanical aspects of gas compression equipment and their support systems.
Skills
