Monitor loan commitments to ensure the database accurately reflects current borrowings and available funds. Examine system interest adjustments to validate accuracy of loan-level interest receivables. Observe key general ledger clearing accounts daily. Prepare management reports, including commitments, loan activity, delinquency, and yield metrics for the receivable portfolio. Track delinquencies each day and promptly report overdue loans to management. Provide requested information to internal and external regulators and auditors. Develop and revise procedures for new and existing tasks as necessary. Test upgrades to the McCracken system and run diagnostic reports to identify potential data anomalies. Communicate with loan agents to collect interest rate, payment, and delinquency details. Perform additional duties as assigned. SKILLS, EDUCATION, & EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree is required. 4 + years of experience servicing Commercial & Industrial (C&I) loans. Demonstrated expertise in a range of commercial and industrial loan products, such as sovereign guaranteed loans, revolving credit facilities, pre-export financing (PDP) facilities, term loans, loan participations, and receivables financing. Experience with McCracken and IBS loan servicing systems is advantageous. Advanced analytical capabilities are essential. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal abilities. Proven expertise in Microsoft Excel and MS Office Suite Products. Must demonstrate initiative in following up with clients regarding complaints, inquiries, or requests. Meticulous attention to detail coupled with robust organizational skills.
