Job Summary

* Conducts ongoing maintenance of all simulation equipment including clean-up and repair, ensuring that all equipment is in good working order. * Place delivery carts, pallets, totes, or boxes in assigned area
* Unpack and check delivery against purchase order. Follow-up with the Purchasing department orders without a purchase order. Report any damaged boxes/products or discrepancies. Input purchase order and delivery ticket information into computer to maintain accurate records of material/supplies received and schedules for delivery. Ensure paperwork and signatures are completed and filed
* Clean and maintain general working area and equipment. Attend training sessions and meeting as required
* Facilitates communication between Health system personnel and team members to insure continuity and coordination of services

We are seeking an enthusiastic supply chain Intern to join our Grand Haven operations. As an intern, you will help the supply chain department in day-to-day operations. You will assist with various tasks, including shop-floor analysis, creating standard reports, assisting with training, creating standard documents, and data collection and coordination. You will be involved in implementing various lean initiatives like material flow improvements, AMR implementation. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Responsibilities
* Support modernization of planning and scheduling processes.
* Coordinate and help with various training sessions happening in the manufacturing plants.
* Collect monthly data from different plants and consolidate them into global reports.
