Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of experience in Subcontracts, or Contracts OR a Master's Degree and 3 years of experience in Subcontracts, or Contracts OR High School Diploma/Equivalent and 9 years of experience in Subcontracts, or Contracts Mus have Aerospace & Defense experience Must have Subcontracts experience Experience presenting to all levels of internal/external management Your ability to transfer and maintain the final adjudicated government Secret clearance ( DoD must be in-scope or enrolled in Continuous Evaluation), and any program access(es) required for the position within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company Preferred Qualifications: Working knowledge of SAP or related business application software as well as Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel & PowerPoint). Master's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or Industrial Engineering. The successful candidate will have experience with complex and competitive subcontracts for both U.S. Government and Commercial and multiple contracting formats, including Firm Fixed Price and Cost Reimbursable, possess knowledge relating to special payment provisions (i.e., progress or performance-based payments). Lead the evaluation of customer RFP's and ability to collaborate with the program/planning team to develop subcontract RFP's that include Statements of Work, Technical/Quality Specifications, Deliverable Requirements List and Schedules, Performance Assessment Requirements, Terms and Conditions, Proposal Preparation and Pricing Requirements/Templates, Compliance Matrices, and supplier profiles. Ability to lead/mentor other SCAs throughout the entire Subcontract lifecycle with additional experience reviewing subcontract packages from either peer or junior Subcontracts Administrators. #AS-FA3 Primary Level Salary Range: $126,600.00 - $189,800.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
