Job requirements for both Warehouse Worker & Warehouse Associate:
Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing 35-50 lbs. frequently throughout a shift.
Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing up to 60 lbs. occasionally throughout a shift.
Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts.
Maintain positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in a team environment.
Able to accurately use basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
Able to accurately read labels, tickets, and other product documentation.
Able to operate computer systems or handheld devices with minimal direction after receiving training.
Good written and oral communication skills

Additional Job Requirements:
Warehouse Worker only:
Able to be trained on and operate all powered equipment safely (including but not limited to Pallet Rider, Scissor Lift, Sit Down & Standup Forklift), and work at heights of up to 40ft where applicable.
Work at a height of up to 40 ft on a mezzanine (where applicable)
Food Distribution Center only:
Able to work in various temperature-controlled environments including refrigerator and freezer for majority of shift.

Under limited supervision, a Forklift Operator / Sod Loader II performs manual labor to assist in the upkeep, stocking and fulfillment of customer orders in the retail warehouses and outlet yards.
Essential Functions

Rotate, sort and place inventory and products on racks, shelves or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color or product code.
File requisitions, work orders or requests for materials, tools or other stock items and distribute items to shipping or to designated route driver storage area.
Ensure inventory is accessible and safe for salespeople and customer traffic.
Assemble customer orders from stock and place orders on pallets or shelves or relocate orders to a holding area or shipping department.
Mark materials with identifying information using appropriate method.
Record amounts of materials or items received or distributed via appropriate computer program.
Maintains storefront, displays and inside working areas to ensure workspaces are clean and accessible by employees and customers
Responds to requests from customers and assists with operational demonstration and handling products weighing up to 50 pounds.
Operates curbside or counter sales as needed.
Responsible for upholding a safe culture and work environment at the location.
Perform any other tasks assigned to support and improve the overall team operations

Work Environment
The employee will be expected to work outside in all weather conditions and must have suitable clothing. They must have the ability and willingness to work in adverse conditions, not just including extreme weather but enclosed spaces and heights up to 8 feet. The employee will be expected to work around and with machinery that distributes loud noises and exhaust. Personal Protective gear is provided by the employer. This position does require handling and operating of heavy equipment which may introduce a high risk to slips, trips and falls.

This position requires the ability to occasionally lift products and office supplies weighing up to 50 pounds. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. This employee requires full range of motion of arms and legs and requires constant movement and use of limbs; this position requires good manual dexterity, coordination, and stamina.
Typical/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours can change at the discretion of the Regional Manager, though typical hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday work required as job duties demand (typically during harvesting season, March-November, from 7 a.m. to 12 p.m.).

Base Pay (Hourly):
Retail Sales Base Rate average $16.00 - $20.00 per hour (based on experience and location)
Additional Compensation:
Inside Sales Commission: Retail Sales positions are eligible for monthly commissions based on individual and team sales performance.
Average commission earnings in retail sales roles range from $25 to $600 per month, depending on store traffic and sales conversion.
Commission is uncapped and paid monthly.
Additional Details:
Commission details and goals are shared during onboarding and tracked through our internal sales system.
Employees must maintain good standing and meet minimum sales thresholds to earn commissions.

Remove empty pallets, cardboard packing, and strapping to the proper area or receptacles.Inspect empty pallets for damage, stack and move pallets with pallet jack or forklift to the proper storage area.

All forklift operators will use the RF scan guns to capture the movement of all items within the warehouse, ensure cleanliness of their work area and the equipment they use, report any mishaps/accidents immediately, and recommend process or safety improvements.
