Report quality variances. • Order Picking; Pull and prepare product for shipment, ensuring accuracy of orders pulled, is loaded and shipped. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High School diploma or GED required; minimum of two (2) years Forklift certified experience required in a fast pace warehouse environment; Forklift related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Must have excellent math skills, ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure. REASONING ABILITY: • Must have the ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. • Must have the ability to prioritize and organize • Must have the ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
